Delivery terms

The products are delivered to the delivery address that was indicated when ordering and the time indicated. This time does not take into account the order preparation time. When the delivery requires an appointment with the customer, an email will be sent to them to choose their time slot. When the customer orders several products at the same time, these may have different delivery times. In the event of a delay in delivery, the customer has the option of terminating the contract under the terms and conditions defined in Article L 138-2 of the Consumer Code. The Seller will then reimburse the product and the "outbound" costs under the conditions of Article L 138-3 of the Consumer Code.

GoldUnion offers delivery only in mainland France.

Delivery times for orders may vary between 5 and 10 working days. In the event of a delivery delay, customers will be notified via their personal space on the website and/or by telephone.

For orders of a amount of more than £10,000 and which are paid by check, The waiting time before sending the goods is 60 days.

The 60-day period corresponds to the maximum period for return of the bank for unpaid checks.

The customer's order is prepared from the receipt of the copy of their identity document in their space or by email to goldunionpro@goldunion.uk.

The Seller provides a telephone contact point (cost of a local call from a landline) indicated in the order confirmation email to ensure order tracking. The Seller reminds that when the customer takes physical possession of the products, the risks of loss or damage to the products are transferred to him. It is the customer's responsibility to notify the carrier of any reservations about the product delivered.


Availability and presentation

Orders will be processed within the limits of our available stocks or subject to the stocks available from our suppliers. In the event that an item is unavailable for a period exceeding 4 working days, you will be immediately notified of the expected delivery times and the order for this item may be cancelled upon simple request. The Customer may then request a credit for the amount of the item or its refund.

Withdrawal period

 

Under Article L. 221-28 of the Consumer Code, “the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts for the supply of goods or services whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market beyond the control of the professional and likely to occur during the withdrawal period”.

As the price of gold is subject to fluctuations in financial market rates, the Client cannot exercise the right of withdrawal once orders have been placed on his behalf.
The right to cancel only exists for items whose price is not subject to fluctuations in the financial markets (e.g. "accessories"). In this case, please write to us at goldunionpro@goldunion.uk


Products and services

The essential characteristics of the goods, services and their respective prices are made available to the buyer on the company's websites. The customer confirms having received a breakdown of the delivery costs as well as the terms of payment, delivery and execution of the contract. The Seller undertakes to honor the Customer's order within the limit of available Product stocks only. Failing this, the Seller informs the Customer. This contractual information is presented in detail and in French. In accordance with French law, it is the subject of a summary and confirmation when the order is validated. The parties agree that the illustrations or photos of the products offered for sale have no contractual value. The validity period of the offer of Products as well as their prices is specified on the Company's websites, as well as the minimum duration of the contracts offered when they relate to a continuous or periodic supply of products or services. Unless otherwise specified, the rights granted hereunder are granted only to the natural person who signed the order (or the person who holds the email address provided). In accordance with the legal provisions regarding compliance and hidden defects, the Seller will refund or exchange defective products or those that do not correspond to the order. Reimbursement may be requested in the following manner: request by email to goldunionpro@goldunion.uk refund after receipt of the return of the goods including shipping costs.
